Found a bug? The quickest way to report it is the feedback button in the game's top bar. It sends the build and screen you were on, which helps us track the problem down.
For anything that needs a reply, such as a lost save or a data deletion request, email buckminsterinteractive@gmail.com. Include your club name and, if you can, your squad code.
You can also ask other players on r/PocketManagerGame or the Steam community.
Common questions
Is the game free?
The first season is free. Carrying on to Season 2 needs one optional purchase. It is not a subscription and it does not buy cards, coins or advantages.
Can I buy packs or coins?
No. Packs and coins are only earned by playing. There are no ads either.
How do I back up my save?
Turn on cloud backup in Settings. It is off until you choose it, and it uses an anonymous identifier, not an account.
How do I get on the World Board?
Turn on World Board sharing in the game. You can turn it off at any time, which removes your entry.
I sent feedback in the game. Why has nobody replied?
In-game feedback does not include any contact details, so we cannot reply to it. Email us if you need an answer.
How do I delete my data?
Most of it you can remove yourself in Settings. For anything else, email us. The privacy page has the details.
